After posting some truly spectacular numbers this past summer, Skim Online's web service provider has had enough.  Apparently a quarter of a million visits in a single month is where they draw the line.  So, it is either upgrade to a dedicated server (a whole computer that does nothing but host this website) for about $400 a month, or transfer to another provider who has a more economical option.  Hmmm....  I choose the second one.

Unfortunately that means that there will probably be a few kinks as the Website is transferred to the new server.  The Skim Shop will probably be the biggest kink, with possibly a few other small ones.  The Skim Shop will likely be taken down for a few days while it is reconfigured (fun!).  All of this should be happening by the end of the month so if you experience some problems with the site in the next week or two, consider yourselves warned!

p.s.  Unfortunately this also means that the photo set I have been working on will be delayed.  Sorry.
