is a great skimboarder and a cool guy. You probably
already know that he is Bill Bryan's younger brother.
Together, these two have helped skimboarding grow enormously in
the last decade. If you were to read through a list of
contest results from the past eight years or so, you would find both
of them in the top four of almost every contest. They make
quite a team. While George has often been overshadowed by
his older brother, he is a tremendous skimboarder in his own
right.
George has always been known for his incredible sidewash
skimboarding. Whether it be at the Wedge or 10th Street,
or anywhere in between, this guy can ride it. He has an
uncanny ability to see what a sidewash will do before the wave
even hits the rock (or jetty). He learned all of this by
skimming 10th street with fellow hoodlums, Bill, Chris Rudolph,
Morgan Ohlund and Dan McMillian, every day, for a decade.
Needless to say, it worked. This boy knows what he is
doing.
