Notes:  In conversation Keith comes off as a very reserved modest guy.  You wouldn't know it by his skimboarding though.  He is one of if not the most technical skimboarder in the world.  He can land just about every trick that has ever been pulled on a skimboard.  Of course, he doesn't just pull them.  He goes big AND pulls them.  Living in North Carolina he has learned to use the wave for everything it is worth.  This means big airs with rotations of the body and board.

All of this trick skimming makes him a very good competitor especially in small to mid sized waves (all the time...).  You will often see him doing battle with Erik Christensen and Bill Bryan in the finals of some contest.  I have yet to witness Keith skimming his home town but from what I hear he is twice as good when he is in familiar surroundings.  Keith is well positioned to be one of the top competitive skimboarders for years to come.
