Bagno Nettuno (Near Pisa)

This place is very good to make skimboard. Till few years ago there were not many people who make skimboard because this sport wasn't popular but now I see a lot of skimboarders who ride the wave like me here.  This is a good place for inexperienced skimmers, but when there's a lot of wind and the waves get bigger you can see the pro's who make a great exhibition. Our coast especially with rough sea is very flat and roomy so the skimboarders can reach a good speed to catch a wave or make some radical moves (this is the right time to get the camera and take a lot of photographs).

If you have a map you can find very our coast very easily.  If you look the north-west coast of Italy you can see the Ligure sea. You have to follow the coast just to the south and you can find Viareggio. Viareggio is 15km. far from Pisa.

Lido

A nice spot with a little and growing community of very young and enthusiastic guys. Good in any season, bad for your feet: sometimes the spot could be covered by stones, but it is usually sandy. We are Niccolo Piaggio and Lorenzo Valle and we would be pleased to meet some good skimmers in our spot, as we want to increase our level and we usually skim alone.

If you want to reach us, you'll easily find the beach named "LIDO" as the spot. We are looking forward to meet you, man! (OR WOMAN, EVEN BETTER!!!)
